Returns

You have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to return unused items for a full refund. The item must be in its original packaging and in a suitable condition for return.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please get in touch with us.

Return Procedure

1. Contact us via email at trendoutletuk@gmail.com to initiate the return or exchange process.
2. Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and accompanying documents.
3. Send the item to the address provided during the return process.

Refunds

Upon receiving the returned item, we'll conduct an inspection to ensure it's in suitable condition. Once approved, we'll process the refund to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear in your account may vary according to your bank or credit card issuer's policies.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Trend Outlet.
